"It has come to the attention of Internal Affairs that Lord/McGarrett has staged his own death, issuing press releases and obits . . . [IAD] maintains its position that Lord/McGarrett is indeed alive and may be attempting to avoid prosecution in a certain pending charge involving art . . .";
